Nick Arquette
Nick has over ten years experience in location representation in Los Angeles and has worked as an independent contractor in acquisitions for leading companies such as Hollywood Locations Company and Real to Real, Inc. His location portfolio includes hospitals, corporate office properties, warehouses and private estates owned and/or managed by companies such as Tenet Healthcare Company, Marquardt International, Cal Tech University, Heinz Corporation, Primedia and Hughes Aircraft. Nick’s production client list includes Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Touchstone Television, Disney, Warner Bros., and Spelling Entertainment with whom he has built and maintained excellent relationships with during television and film productions such as Scrubs, West Wing, Man On The Moon, Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2 and the upcoming Constantine, as well as commercials for IBM, Jaguar and A.T.andT.

Nick graduated from Boise State University in 1990, and also attended the American Conservatory Theatre.

Heather Ross
Heather has fifteen years experience in commercial real estate management and marketing in Los Angeles and has worked extensively to procure film and television production in Class “A” high-rise office buildings throughout the city, providing significant revenue to property owners such as Primedia, Mitsubishi Estate Company, Cushman and Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. She has also worked in film production, website design and is a published author. Heather’s thorough understanding of property owners’ interests coupled with her extensive experience in property operations, marketing, writing and film make her a valuable asset to the Arquette-Ross Productions team.

Heather graduated from the Claremont Colleges in 1988.
